not sure what sedatary means but you have 346, 500 calories of fat stored in your body. 33% of 300 is 99. there are 3500 calories in a pound so 99 x 3500 is 346,500

each lb of fat is 3500 calories--so 3,500,000 calories.


fyi, some interesting points:
a human fat% level should not dip below 5-6%

you start seeing your abs around 12-15% body fat
you get very defined 6 pack at around 7-8% body fat
women have higher% of body fat compared to men--naturally, since they need the extra fat for bearing children
