How do i go about asking a guy if he is talking to someone else??

Since im ticked off..since he seems to be lying to my face if what i hear is true..if there is a girl he is talking to all the time... thats what someone over heard ..but then again people say they could be talking about me..but i seriously doubt it because i haven't talked to him a lot recently..in the past ya..not recently ...so i'm pissed off and i need to know..but how do i go about it..

Since i have feelings for me and he always trys to get me to make out with him i need to know..and he says that he's only hooked up with me for the past year
