Do you mean like you need to know what someone would actually say when they see "Cuba-Miami"?? the dash (this thing: - ) is replaced with "to."

So, "Cuba to Miami" and "Belize to Guatemala"....

Is that what you're looking for??

Alternatively, if you're looking for how we say the place names in English, they're pretty much all the same, except that we spell Belice with a z, so "Belize."

And just in case I still missed it, we pronounce them like "KYU-buh," "mai-AE-mi," (that AE would be like the a in the way people say 'cat') "bel-IS," and "GWA-tuh-MAH-luh."

I hope that helps, but I'm obviously a little confused about what the question was, so who knows...
