Technically, it's illegal. Although instead of throwing you in jail and making your more apt to commit suicide, you'll likely end up with a psych evaluation and a counselor buddy for life. The bigger question is, if you've got big enough problems that you have fooled yourself into thinking suicide will solve them and then you fail, that's one more thing you're just not good at.

Actually there are laws against it. At least in some states. If you make an attempt and fail, they usually just force you into psycho- therapy. If you are feeling down you should call 1-800-boystown

Suicide isn't listed as a sin in the Bible. That's just an interpretation of Commandment #7.

No, but if you commit suicide you cant get into heaven. The Bible says that suicide is an unforgivable sin, and that you will go to Hell

If you don't go voluntarily to be psychiatrically evaluated then they will arrest you and take you by force for 72 hours for evaluation. There isn't any punishment to it. It's just legal means to get you to help.

sure...why not.......cops always try to give you some type of problem....so if you try to kill yourself and fail....when they lock you up in the cell.....hang your self with shoelaces......and please do not try that at home
