Get a hold of he "Round Midnight" set of recordings Linda Ronstadt did with Nelson Riddle (the last work Riddle did before he died). There are some songs on there that exactly demonstrate a woman's feelings --"Round Midnight," "Skylark,"
"I Don't Stand a Ghost of a Chance With You," "What'll I Do?" "I've Got a Crush on You" and her impossibly perfect "My Funny Valentine." And any others you yourself like when sampling it.
