Don't feel down - enjoy your life - don't take it too seriously just yet. Go and do some temping that way as you get older you will know what type of work feels right for you. If you aren't ready for a full time job carry on temping in your chosen type of work.

We learn throughout our lives, you are never to old to learn. Your life is just beginning and you are at the place where you should explore. You're not expected to know everything so don't try. Take your time and things will glide into place.

I am 22. I am due to start college in september. This comes after three failed relationships (one about to become marriage), £13,000 debt and I am only jsut learning to drive.

Age is totally irrelevant. Just enjoy being 19 and dont worry about it. I only found out what i wanted to do by chance. I have spent five years going through job after job. When you do know what you want to do it will be so clear to you.

I am sure you will be fine. Good luck

xx

The time of your late teens to mid 20's are huge in terms of figuring out who you are and what you want to do.
The only way to make that happen is to keep living life and experiencing things. You will discover what you like and don't.
Don't be afraid of new situations, take classes that appeal to you, try and find a job you think you might like.
Try not to worry, things will clear up for you, you just need more time under your belt!

Hey-don't worry. I'm 22 and i don't know what i want...infact i know people who are in their 40's that still son't know..

When i was at college they push everyone to go to uni and expect you to know what you want at the age of 18 for the rest of your life but everyone is different and very few people actually know..be cool..take a few years to get to know yourself..then decide.... i mean you can go to uni at any age now..its no rush and don't feel you are wierd for not knowing what you want..you have to get to know yourself first..better that than be stuck in some dead end job you hate!

I don't know where I see myself in life and honestly I think I am hitting a midlife crisis....hopefully when we get a little older we will know what we want.Good Luck
