Legally, You better wait until she's 18... cause the law doesn't care how mature she might be for her age... in the end it will still be called statutory rape... and Prosecutors LOVE to go after guys like You... so don't give them the satisfaction.

Maturity wise boys are two to three years behind girls the same age. So yes, I am sure that you are both at the perfect maturity rate. There is nothing wrong with your age difference as long as the parents do not mind. If you are having intercourse then I would check your states legal age of consent. This means that it is not considered statutory rape. In most states this age is 16. I would suggest to just ignore your friends. Think of it this way if you were dating a skinny girl they would say she is anorexic, a larger chick would be fat, and so on. People just like to pull your strings. No matter what the circumstances they would find some reason to make fun of you.

A lot of people think things like that are bad, 2 years is nothing. It is the grades really that are making it look a lot worse than it is. I just think if you like someone younger a lot younger, then to wait till they are old enough to date if you still like them. my parents are 7 years apart nd celebrities are 10 and 20 yrs apart. It seems like when you get older it is not bad but if my dad was 18 my mom at that time would have only been 11.

look my young friend,as you said age is just a number ,there's
nothing wrong with having a girlfriend 2 years younger than you
what does matter is how mature and educated she is ,the problem,is that you can't have a sexual relationship with her ,that
would make you guilty of statutory rape, and also would put your
college and education on the line .love her respect her and don't
forget that if there's true love you will respect her and respect her
values her morals ,and do not have sex until she's 18 or unless
you want to put on line your freedom and education ,that's up to you ! if you had sex already ,make sure to use protection and that
she wanted it do not force yourself onto her by no means
this is my advise to you I have 4 sons and twingirls and I 've given them the same advise I give to you !!!good luck!!!!!!
and remember those who clown you aren't your friends may be
they wish they were on your shoes

It doesn't matter how mature she is....until she turns 18, you can go to jail, especially if you have sex with her. The best thing to do is to not touch her in any way, until she's legal. I'm not saying break up with her....just don't touch her in any sexual manner. If her parents get wind of anything like that....you're in deep trouble. If you don't take my advice, eventually we'll be seeing your name, picture, and home address in the newspaper under the heading.....pedophiles, or something very close to that. Your interpretation of her age, in being a number...can land you straight into jail..and mess up your life forever. Remember this....the decisions you make while being young, will affect your whole life thereafter. Think of this very hard....best of luck to you........

No there is nothing wrong with that. Girls always mature much quicker than guys so you're probably the perfect age for one another. For goodness sake, there is only two years between you both. Tell your friends to take a hike!

my boyfriend was 16 and i was 18 when we got together and we've been together for almost 2 1/2 years now. at first it wasnt easy. his mother realy didnt approve of it but once i meet her and she got to know me we became the best of friends. She even stands up for me when him and i arguee. It all depends on your situation. I love my bf with all my heart and couldnt see my life without him. We're planing on getting married when he finishs school. I'm not sayin things will turn out like this for you, but if you really like him you should go for it and not listen to what everyone else tells you. Do what you feel is right for you. And allways remember. Love Has No Limit

Do you know that it is illegal? However, I understand. I will soon ne 16 and my man will be 18. I will not let him go just because of our ages. Your friends should not have say in your relationship. You need to do what you think is right. Do you want to be with her or no? Are you willing to be with her even though she is younger? Good luck with the girls. Don't let others opinion affect you with your decisions, after all its you who is going to be with her.
