The green electric fire is the coldest. More commonly known as St. Elmo's fire, it does not burn anything it touches but just laps around at everything. It's really cool.

The previous posters are mostly correct. They're limited their thinking to visible light. It's possible to burn something at such a low temperature that the flame is invisible to the naked eye: because the flame is infrared!
