All very nice, flowery, puffy billowy clouds of beautiful ideas there.. All without a single substantive way by which they can be achieved; except your final bit of propaganda for the coal industry; the dirtiest, most environmental damaging source of energy there is. (And I am no global-warming alarmist.. I think it's a hoax. That doesn't change the fact that coal energy is filthy) Work for their PR firm, do ya? I do like the bit about replacing the overseeing agencies, though. That will get millage from the American people. The rest? Ya sound like Al Gore in reverse.. all form, no substance. The first seven "principles" all sound pretty redundant. Keep working on it.
