Closure is the first step. U have to accept that it is over. Don't think about what u could have done to make it better. Try not to think of him, and his life...but focus on ur life. ONLY keep the memories if they do not control u. Don't let the memories of ur past stop u from loving again. But the first step is closure. Whatever u must do to get that closure....do it. U have to let go.... Within ur own time of course. This is one of those things u have to do without "the girls" because sometimes we can be too pushy and too quick to say what we will do if we were in ones shoes...but u never know until it happens to you. So in ur own time...u will have to let go.... But sometimes the "old loves" can be the best ones...u can hear a song on the radio and light up....but then again...that's another story!

Whatever I have that reminds me of the person, store it away. For example, pictures, letters, gifts etc. Dont try to think about the memories, and just keep busy for you wouldnt think of that person. Put yourself out there, and try to find someone else.

im over my ex. our song was "trade it all" from fabolous. summer thing u know when everything faded away i hated it. she got scared cause i wasnt mr. popular u know. i knew and her friends knew she loved me. so i stay away from da song. and just one day i just realize i dont love her anymore and she notice dat i wasnt always around her and she calls and i just talk for 5mins and go. im still friends its just im not catching feelings.
