I dated an awesome guy for the past month. I new he had just gotten out of a ten month relationship with this girl who treated him pretty bad. He dumped her about 2 months ago. Thought we were doing great and I fell hard. He just dumped me last night and said he had just started talking to his ex over the past few days. He claims he still loves her even though she cheated on him and they had a rocky relationship. I think he feels sorry for her and she said things he wanted to hear. He told me he likes me and I have eveything going for me but he is confused over his feelings for her even though he knows he is making a bad decision by going back to her. I know it won't work with them since she is unstable. I haven't felt like this for someone in over 4 years. It hurts immensly but should I just forget him??

Yes...forget him. It takes time to get over a relationship. I won't go out with a girl unless she is months away from whomever she was seeing. Rebounds don't last. You must be free and clear and open to something new. Otherwise, you're just "taking someone elses place" Keep smiling...you'll be ok :)

Yes girl, forget him. He doesn't deserve you. Some people are just gluttons for punishment, and he appears to be one. Let him go, and just be yourself. Life goes on, live it one day at a time, and find you someone new.....who is even better than he ever was. Don't give up....you'll find your "Prince Charming" one day. Remember, sometimes the best things come in plain wrappers, you can't judge a book by it's cover. I wish you the best of luck and love.............

First of all stop calling him awesome, if he dumped you for a girl who treated him like $hit then he's an @$$h0le. I know it hurts, but then again if it didn't then more people would be in love. He's a jerk, just forget him. Keep telling yourself what you know, It's not your fault, there's nothing wrong with you, he's a jerk. Forget him.

you want to imagine about the way you would opt to be dealt with if this difficulty became any opposite direction round.would you want your modern-day GF to flow back to three loser after each and every thing youve finished for her? imagine about what you would lose. is it nicely worth dropping your GF over?

whether she's evil or not isn't your concern. he loves HER. he bided his time with you, but went back to her. it was only a month and what you're really feeling is used. or misused rather. put it into perspective. and you'll come through fairly quickly.
