I tried the diet last December. I DON'T recommend it - the food isn't all that tasty. The only thing the diet teaches you are portions and portion control. You do not have to worry about measuring anything...but please consider weight watchers or such, if you are going to spend the money.

I tried it, didn't cheat at all, and gained 3 lbs in the first week. Took them off in week 2 and 3 and stayed the same in week 4. I stopped on week 5.
It doesn't make sense, tho. The meals are pretty fulfilling, and I snacked with only fruit and vegtables (not even that much snacking). The total intake was about 1000-1200 cals a day, and still I gained weight.
The food itself is not bad. I mean, it's pretty edible and it's also very varied. The meals are easy to make, and all in all I don't think you spend much more than what you spend on food anyways. It comes out to be about $10 a day, which is not bad.

I personally have never tried the food, but My bestfriend's older sister has and it is definitly not worth the money. The amount of food they expect you to eat is so minute. It could barley get an average person to feel content. She also said it was descusting. She tried it about 6 months ago. Some of the food is still stored in their freezer. lol. It's nasty.

I know someone that has, they said some of the food's good, but some is nasty. They lost like >20 lbs though. (probably more)

i had a friend who tried it and lost like 10 pounds!!! i don't recommend it. sure it DOES work, seriously. but its true.....it just teaches u portion control. for one month, its about $300. i know u might've seen pics of lady's who have lost the weight (like in advertisements for it & on tv) but trust me........they spent a whole lotta money on it!!!
