be there for him. take him to dr appointments if he can't get there. be there to listen and support him. be a friend.

If this is an illness of a "personal" nature I would suggest the local planned parenthood clinic. I am sure that you could look up the number in the phone book and call them. Another option is the local health department. There may also be low income clinics that may work. The draw back to all three is that you may have to wait a long time in the waiting room. The best way you could help at this point is to be there for your friend. Maybe after treatment, your friend will be ready to talk to his family.
If this is a drug related problem, I would again recommend the phone book. There are a lot of agencies that can help.

Okay it would be nice to know what the sickness is...but no matter what it is they need to just tell his family and maybe they could help out one way or another. not good to keep stuff out for that might cause more issues. well help him tell his family. or someone in his family and then see what there are for options...longer they wait the more complicated it will be to help the situation and all that.

well if i knew what **** was i could probly help you.......i have a friend that had an eating disorder and i had to brake my promis and tell her mom she of corse was mad and would not talk to me for 7 months but hey i got her help and now we are best friends again she thanks me all the time.......
