There would be no one way tickets unless you charted a jet.
I would fly Midwest airlines to LAX transer to Aeroflot(the russian airline)you would then connect in Moscow and countinue on to Chelyabinsk

You have to fly at least two airlines - Aeroflot, Pulkovo, Sibir (oops, you better skip this one) fly from from Chelyabinsk to Moscow, St. Peterburgh (maybe to Frankfurt). Then you use Delta, Aeroflot, Lufthansa. So, Aeroflot-Delta would be a best bet - they are Sky Team partners.

i might say the completed Kansas city section (KS & MO) is super! i like it right here. Like somebody else suggested, this is demanding to tell the place the metro starts and ends! In some aspects this is totally diverse and theres issues to do everywhere. St. Louis? Ohh no. How can the wonderful city interior the midwest be the main threatening city interior the country to stay in?

Aeroflot-Russian international airlines. BUT! i don't think they operate in Kansas.hope this helped!
