I'm not sure. Maybe call INS and ask?
I'd leave too but I love my country having been born here and served in the military. I refuse to surrender to this far right movement!! I am going to stay and fight for its civil liberties until the day I die.

I don't know why you would ever want to do that, when billions of people would give their right arm and right leg to be here.
Granted, I don't like the direction the US is going either, and I can understand your feelings. But at the same time, renouncing your citizenship simply because we have a government that you object of, is like throwing the baby with the bathwater.
Right now, I live outside the US and probably will live outside the US for the rest of my life, as I'm marrying a citizen of that country. However, I will never renounce my US citizenship for anything in the world. I would like to be able to have the option to come back if things don't work out where I am, and this is simply one bridge I would never want to burn. There is nothing more valuable in the entire world, than to be a US citizen.
In other words, hate your government, but don't hate your country.

If your tired of being an American the best thing to do is head south and swim the little pond called the gulf of mexico untill you get to the communist country of "CUBA" , and try living their way of life. Because this is the Greatest Country in the World. True, Politics run this country , But you can change that every four years if you dont like the ones you voted in the last time. "Unless You didn't VOTE , then you Don't have a Right to Gripe."

BUSTED!!!!!!!!!! You answered a question 5 hrs ago that question was ( Question for any legal immigrant ) and you said quote ( I am from Tibet......and I think that you guys have terrible issues about immigration ) Now you say you are Mexican, I wish the hell you would make up your mind, so if you want to be with your Raza, then hopefully we will not here from you again is that right. and as for Raza your race, Mexicans are very racist, just read Mexico's immigration laws, they are very racists towards foreigners of any kind. Are you a Tibetan Mexican, now that's a new one.

To chessapeke: That is not true. You can be a citizen of two countries. Before you had to choice your countries citizenship or the new country but now you can be a citizen of Mexico and the USA at the same time.

Ask any police officer to take you to the border.. While driven to the border tell the police officer what you really think of America .. don't hold back, tell him how all American are bigots, losers, etc. I mean give it to him good.. He will take you to the border open the door and beat the shi* out of you and throw your ugly a** over the border and give you 20 yards before he starts shooting at you and with a little luck he will miss...As you run you might even here him say and keep the F*** out..
I love Helping people !!!

Hey, just go home and don't come back. What's the big deal?
You're here for some reason or another. Nobody is making you stay. If you really read, most people are upset about the ILLEGAL part of it, not the color part of it. Don't look for racial discrimination where there is none.

Not hard at all, all you have to do is renounce it before witnesses. Try notarizing such a statement and sending it to the immigration service along with your passport. (Actually, the Embassy idea is better.) Then you will be left with your Mexican citizenship.
Good luck!

Please do, I'd love to see you go. But, you are going to find some hard times ahead if you want to go be with your Raza( by the way, that in and of itself is racist). Be prepared to work your butt off for very little.

First, leave the country. Then formally renounce your citizenship at any US embassy in the world. Let me know if you're any happier in another country. I think you're in for a shock
