Blow dry and brush it, or use a straightening iron.
You can also get it chemically relaxed.

1- Blowdry it straight with a round brush. Take it in individual pieces and pull your hair out straight using the brush, and dry each section before moving to the next.
2 - Buy a professional flattening iron. They aren't too expensive. Be sure you buy a smoothing serum to put on your hair first (Garnier Fructis makes a good one).
3 - Go to the hair salon and get a perm. The stylists there can look at your hair and make a good determination about how well this would work.

Blow dry it straight. Straightners make your hair crispy and icky!! So what you need to do is get a good brush, put a clump of hair in it, start at your roots, with brissles facing up, and blowdry at your brush, slowly move your brush down.

Wash and sets. They are usually pretty inexpensive but it does wonders for your hair. They will wash and roller set you hair and then you sit under a dryer, they complete it by blow drying. It looks great afterwards.

Permanently? with the same stuff they use to perm your hair. Temporarily, with a hair straightener.
