The Memory Stick Duo Adapter is just a gadget that lets you use a Memory Stick Duo (a newer, shorter version of Memory Stick) in places made for the original longer Memory Stick. It kind of looks like a flat sheath (Adapter) for a knife (Duo). Sorry I don't have a pic.

To use it, you slide the Memory Stick Duo into the Adapter. Then the combined length will be just like the original Memory Stick. Now you can slide the whole thing into a spot made for the original Memory Stick.

This can help if your computer has a memory card reader with a slot made for the original Memory Stick. Put the Duo into the Adapter, then slide it into the card reader.

Now upload your movie into the computer!
