Many people are really exasperated with the same old tips for weight loss. Therefore we have added a few different tips to lose weight below:
Always find a chance to move around. Do not use a vehicle if you are able to walk. Preferably run around if you have the time. Almost 70% of your calories are burned in this process. Instead of depending on magical ways to lose weight, apply your own efforts by eating less and moving more.

If you work out that much you need to eat more or your body will go into starvation mode and conserve all your calories. Your best bet would be to eat a big breakfast with a small, balanced lunch and small dinner. I doubt you could lose 50 pounds in 33 days though - but it really depends on your current weight. If you currently weigh 150 - no. If you weigh 300, sure.

If you lose 10 lbs in a month, you can consider yourself lucky. Typically people don't lose more than 1-2 pounds a week when they diet.
Start running or cycling if you're serious about weight loss. Weightlifting isn't very effective for shedding fat.

Your workout regimen is terrible and only eating at night is a mistake too. Are you aware that your metabolism slows down when you sleep? You are trying to lose a lot of wieght in a short time, have you considered diet pills? Go to GNC and they can help you choose pills that are right for you, as long as you are an adult. Or do it the healthy way and consult a trainer and nutristionist. Because you obviousley don't know too much about dieting and excersise. 3 times a week is nothing for such a light "workout".

Stop eating and just drink smoothies, juice and water. Coffee if you need it. That is what my friend did it.
Just kidding there is not way to lose that kind of weight in that amount of time safely.
My friends got really sick because her stomach shrunk where she could barley eat anything.
