Pretty much anything you like, but one way is: refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, olives, chopped olives, and green onions.

But remember, the food police won't break down your door and arrest you if you decide to leave out the sour cream, or add an eight h layer of diced mild chiles, or whatever you think will taste good. Layered dip is more a technique than a cast-in-stone recipe.

7 Layer Bean Dip:

Great for Super Bowl parties, work parties, other gatherings! Pretty easy to make...you can use store bought guacamole if you can't find ripe avocados.
3 medium ripe avocados, peeled,cored,mashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2-1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (3 ounce) can black olives (sliced or chopped)
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
8-10 servings Change size or US/metric
Change to: servings US Metric
30 minutes 30 mins prep.

I hope I remember this correctly: Beans, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, salsa, olives, jalapenos. I don't know the order.
