You mean, you know she likes you but she doesn't know that you know about her crush on you?
Well, if you like her, show her signs that you like her too, such as looking at her, smiling at her, trying to stand close to her, be nice to her, laugh at her jokes,.... and there's always telling her.
However if you don't like her, i think you should just ignore her.

I think she probably doesn't like you... no offense.
See girls can sometimes give off the wrong signs, you might think she likes you but she doesn't.
Or..
Maybe she has thought about liking you but isn't sure, or just shy to come fully out with it,,, if either of these cases it's ok just wait and see if she gives off enough signs to prove she likes you, or get a friend to ask if you are to shy to ask her yourself.
But no matter what do not assume anything.
