Well depending on your natural hair color don't go to dark stay in the warm or light tones you don't want to make your skin look lighter and wash you out.

I have a fair complexion, blue eyes, and naturally blond hair and I just dyed my hair extremely dark brown. It makes me look more exotic. If you have the same features, I would go for it! It's fun to see people's reactions!

I have Fairer skin and I have darker brown hair, But It depends what your natural hair color is. If it's more blonde I wouldn't go too dark. But if it's more brown, maybe you could lighten it or somthing. But I wouldnt go black or anyything because it COULD make you look goth.
