Glad you like Frank's works. I now study Renaissance art but his were some of the first works I ever viewed. Thus the soft spot for him.

I think you should see if he has a web site and ask him yourself. But if you don't want to do that, then buy one of his books.
There's a DVD, "Frazetta, Painting With Fire" produced by Razor Digital. When you watch it, you won't regret having spent the money to buy it.
