Cole slaw is made from Cabbage and Cabbage is a vegetable usuly everything that goes into are included in cole slaw is normaly a vegetable of somekind.

cabbage is so are carrots but not the mayonnaise (oil& egg whites) & a few other thing but thats what stands out (90+ calories per tbsp) i think it's better when U don't know what certain things are made of.
