I caught my girlfriend cheating. I had no idea for four months it was going on. When I found out about it I got my friends to help get clear evidence that she was cheating. How I sprung it was following her on a date with her other guy. I waited in the wings until I caught them kissing and then walked up to the table.
The worst part about this whole thing was that the other guy had been snowed. She gave him a fake name if you can believe that. Told him a million lies about herself. So when he started getting in my face about how "in love" she was with him I was able to pop the bubble repeatedly.
Get the evidence first. Make 100% sure that you have ALL the facts about her straight. Then catch her in the act. There's nothing worse about making snap judgements when it comes to relationships.

You need to chill. You know she is cheating so consider it over. Get HARD evidence such as pictures or video. This is easily done with camera phones and the like. It may require a friend or older sibling to get the goods; someone she won't recognize.
Plan the dump. Show the picture without saying a word. When she says "He's just a friend" say you never asked her who he was. Or better yet, send her the pictures without letting her know they came from you. Pretend you are another "girl" trying to pick you up. Send the pictures or whatever and say "I'm going to show these to your boyfriend and steal him from you."

Try to catch her in the act or lying about where she has been. If you can't actually prove it, but think she is cheating on you, then you need to end the relationship, because you don't need to put up with her disrespecting you like that.

ask her 1st if she says no & u know 4 sure she is then tell her what u know after thst dump her cause if she lies about it then 9times out of ten she will do it again and if u want a true love shes not 4 u life gos on your true love is out there just b patient

if you are positive she is cheating confront her on ur suspicions... see what she has to say for herself... make sure its for real, nobody likes being accused of duin something they arent... and take it from there. if my man was cheating on me u'd be out the door! u dont need that... ull find someone who wants u and only u.. she's out there
