It's probably going to be hard to find....
There are a lot of women that never are able to control gag reflex. It takes some time to learn to control it. Just like it will be the same with a man. I would think the best thing to do is to find someone you care for and within time they will learn to do it better.

Well I can truely say that the only way of finding one is to ask,unless you have girls lining up just waiting to perform on you to prove themselves worthy.BUT,I bet all you'll get is a smack in the face for having the balls to asked such a question.
There are many women out there that perform very well,but it's very unlikely that you'll find a decent woman at all never mind one without a gag reflex.
Because women are not interested in men that care more about how far down they can go.Men like you don't deserve ****!

LOL ummmm well, you can just train one. Find a girl who really likes to give blow jobs and get her slowly trained.
