If you are dead set on doing this yourself, buy a repair manual from a parts store. You will need it, and it will pay for itself.

Remove intake manifold, valve covers, timing chain cover,
then remove cylinder no. 1 and 6 rocker arms, move timing chain and crankshaft to top dead center,remove timing chain tensioner,guides, then timing chains. Then remove cylinder heads. It is one hell of a job. I forgot the first thing you remove is the coil packs.
Be careful, it is easy to bend the valves

basically yank motor out of vehicle, take intake off, front cover and pulley assy., valve cover off, use holding fixtures to hold cams as you take the cam chains off, and take out all the bolts out of the head...

Get new head bolts and install and basically install everything from above.

It's a job that needs a book

youre in over your head let someone with a clue do it or youll be in trouble...its not very easy even for someone with the knowhow
