First your breasts will get tender and that's quite a nuisance, then they will get bigger but this will continue later w/out the tenderness... and your partner will think it's Christmas! then you'd feel nauseous, but not necesarily, especially if this is your first you may not have all the symptoms as intense..., you would probably sense the smells a lot more than before, and get crazy cravings... or eat something that you like like that was your last meal on earth... ( I ate a whole brick size of chocolate fudge in 5 minutes- before I realized what I was doing) you feel sleepy and tired a lot until the second trimester... and so on...
By the tiem I was 11 weeks pregnant I tried to get into my jeans and I felt this mass in my abdomen, and I couldn't suck in the tummy whatever I did... that made me think... (I still had 2 or 3 menses while pregnant so I didn't necessarily take the test yet)
But as I said, you may not feel anything at all other that dimensional changes... hahaha

Conception occurs within twenty-four hours of ovulation. Normally you will not know you are pregnant until your menstrual cycle is late. The average time to take a home pregnancy test is approximately 2 weeks after ovulation or conception occurs. So realistically you are pregnant for 2 weeks before you confirm it. Is there any way of knowing if pregnancy has occurred during the 2 weeks – before the menstrual cycle is missed? Yes and no.

Some women will experience symptoms right from the very beginning while others will not experience any – even after the confirmation from a pregnancy test. Every woman is different in how her body will react to pregnancy. In fact, every pregnancy is different.

Here is a list of the possible early pregnancy symptoms you may have:

1. Implantation spotting. This can occur anywhere from 3 to 12 days post ovulation. This sometimes happens when the fertilized egg burrows into the uterine lining.

2. Fatigue. Hormones run rampant during pregnancy and the side effect is extreme fatigue, especially for a first time mom.

3. Frequent urination. This is very likely during the first trimester and the last trimester. Early on it is due to the swelling of the uterus over the bladder. As the baby and uterus grows it will lift off the bladder giving some relief during the 2nd trimester.

4. Morning sickness. The effects of the pregnancy hormones can cause morning sickness even before you know you are pregnant.

5. Breast changes. Blue veins running across the breast – breast tenderness – darkening of the areolas – a result from those hormones.

6. Cramps. Yes, sometimes cramps can be felt as a result of the expanding uterus at around the time the menstrual period is due.

7. Food cravings. Sometimes those funny little food cravings will appear right away.

8. High basal body temperature. If you chart your temperature – it will continue staying in the high range because of the progesterone running through your body.

You can possibly have one or two or all or none

Every woman is different...
10. Tender, swollen breasts
• 9. Fatigue
• 8. Implantation bleeding
• 7. Nausea or vomiting
• 6. Increased sensitivity to odors
• 5. Food aversions
• 4. Frequent urination
• 3. A missed period
• 2. Your basal body temperature stays high
• 1. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test

I never suffered from "morning sickness" in any of my pregnancies...I have had three pregnancies. I knew when I was pregnant because my basal temperature was higher than normal.
See site below for information on basal temperature.

It's different for everyone... I never showed until I was 7 12 months and my doctor said everything was normal and healthy, skin is actually supposed to improve (evr heard of that pregnancy glow?), and my hair was perfect... thicker, fuller and overall more luxurious, my breasts got fuller but then got HUGE cause I nursed, of course there are also the bad things: nausea, tiredness, cravings... I craved fruit and juice... and then theres the best symptom: when the baby starts to kick!!! It's quite an experience!!!

Well, usually your breast become tender, you're tired, and you get morning sickness. Your stomach won't feel or look any different for a couple of months. Probably won't even show to much until after the 5th month. You'll be able to feel the baby moving around the 20-22nd week.

Didn't have any of those symptoms ... The first thing I noticed is being really tired! Couldn't wake up in the morning, and I felt like I was going to have my period any minute. You know when you have "that feeling" and you think you may have had an accident? But I never got it !

those could also be symptoms of an oncoming period. bloating is common, which causes a slight "pooch." also, boobs tend to get sensitive and enlarged. breaking out--of course.
