Try running the cold water over your scalp for a minute before you get out of the shower. It wakes up your hair follicles and makes it grow faster.

I don't think there is any shampoo to do that, but try taking Vitamin E and C...they will make your hair grow faster and your skin look better :)

I'm not sure what type of shampoo to use. That's only because I get my hair washed at the salon. I can tell you Biotin vitamins will help your hair & nails grow. A friend of mine also told me to take prenatal pills. You don't need a subscription, you can buy them at your local nutrition store. It's something you have to consistently take. If you stop, your hair will shed.

Im a guy and there was a time when i wanted corn rolls you know man braids anyway dont laugh. I used everything to make it grow faster until, i bought this horse shampoo you can buy anywhere..man it works it grew really fast

i don't know. but a very good shampoo to use when you are growing out your hair is "long and strong" by garnier fructis. it prevents split ends and things like that.
