The definition of "pao" depends on the pronunciation.
If its a flat "ao' sound, then it means to discard.
If its a rising "ao", it refers to a bit of clothing that wraps around... like a robe.
If its a falling "ao", then it could mean something thats watery.
And finally, if its a rising and falling "ao", it may refer to the feet or running.
"mei mei" is little sister.
hmm... I have no clue how "pao mei mei" could make sense in any combination.

Svensson: mei mei is Mandarin Chinese for little sister. I'm not sure what the pao is...possibly biao? Biao mei means your younger female cousin.

You can wonder forever, because Evolution does NO such thing. This lie, like so many others told by creationists, holds NO validity whatsoever. It is theism, and the ignorance that is permanantly attached to it, that needs to be ridiculed. To wit; "If you were actually educated you'd know that they were referring to the Laws of Thermodynamics." Spoken like a true moron. Evolution not only does NOT violate any of the rules of Thermodynamics, the argument simply shows the ignorance of said rules, by the idiot claiming this. Look it up sparky, the 2nd rule of Thermodynamics (the one relating to Entropy) is valid ONLY in a closed system. See that bright shiny ball of fire in the sky? That's the Sun. It gives us all the free energy we need. This solar system is and OPEN system and so the rules of entropy do NOT apply. Sorry, you lose AND look like a moron. Again.

True, the basis of of language is based on tones. Anyway you say it, it will mean something different/ will be wrong unless you get the right tone.

we're all guessing unless you can supply the tones or characters or even a context, pinyin without these things is not always helpful

It's 泡妹妹, pào mèimei and it means:
"chase after the girls"
It can also be 宝妹妹, bǎo mèimei, 'little/lovely sister', but I think it's definitely the first one.
