Some cats are just naturally vocal. I have three cats each with completly different personallities. Archie. He necver meows, Missy only really meows in the mornings coz she wanting her breakfast and Tinker she meows all the time. This isnt because i dont give her attention. I give all my cats lots and lots of attention but shes just very talkative, which i actually really like about her.

lmao!!! u think that is bad!! lol
he probably does it for attention!! they want u to pay attention to them!
there was this cat in our garden the other day.. not one i have seen before, but was with a friend lol.. well when he was on his own he kept looking at me.. so i miaowd at him lol.. and he miaowed back!! so i miaowed agen!! and this wee conversation went on for like 10minutes!!! it was like a miaow fest!! lol
and this other cat im looking after, she miaows every time you turn away from her, she is a noisy thing!!! and she miaows till you stroke her!!!!! and then she will follow you!!
so it can be, hunger, attention, looking for someone, or just for fun, cos he knows it annoys you!!
oh and by any chance is it a slender black and white cat?? lol both of the cats i mentioned were very slender and small.. and black and white lol..

Do you give your cat attention? Sound like not. If you do then it just may be their personality. If you are not then give the cat attention My cats love attention all the time and I give it to them when i am home. Cat are like dogs or any other pet they need attention.

Hello, well there is alot of things it could lead to myfriend. First, attention and such forth. I have two cats and both need alot of attention if you don't give it to them, they just keep coming back for more, lol. Also...no food or hunger can lead to "meowism". Make sure your pet is healthy and give it plenty of attention also.

cats sometimes like to be vocal when you least expect it and will often meow for no reason (at least one of mine do)
maybe he wants attention, see's a bug or fly, or maybe he just wants to eat, funny thing is i don't think we'll ever be able to figure them out totally!

It could just be his personality that he likes to talk. This is the most likely reason.
If he isn't fixed then it could be a sign he wants a female..
He could be lonely or just want attention.

Cause he just want you to know he's there. He wanted to be stroked. Do that every day and you'll see, he'll stop meowing.
