There could be a number of problems,none of which can be diagnosed on the internet.You need to get your dog to a vet, and do it fast. There could be a spasm in its intestinal tract, there could be a growth - malignant or non-malignant, the dog's diet may be defective, the dog may be dehydrating, or it may be a sign of old age, as you didn't say how old your dog was.
Don't fool around with it -- get that dog to a vet and find out what's wrong so you can get him on the road to recovery.

he probably has something stuck in his intestinal tract.if this is the case he could die.take your dog to the vet immediately.

my dog stopped eating once, i gave it soft dog food and it got better, but for the pooping problem no clue
