Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Recipe:
cut 5 strawberries into halves=10 strawberries
take 2 bananas and cut 5 pieces of each banana = 10 bananas
put it in the blender
put 2 spoonfulls of vanilla ice cream
20 teaspoons of sugar
put some ice
the its BLENDING TIME!!!

I just had a great on that used strawberries, about 4 carrots, 1 piece of selery and a cut-up apple. I cannot tell you what or if they used as a sweetener. It was at a Chinese Tea House and really good.

I like making up my own. The basic formulas for my smoothies are fruit, half a cup to a cup of milk, yogurt if I have it on hand, fruit juice if I have it on hand, and some ice. Blend it up and you have your own original creation!

orange/passion fruit juice, frozen strawberries (instead of ice), banana, plain or vanilla yoghurt. i mix different amounts each time to get slightly different flavours. frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, red and/or blackcurrants and vanilla yoghurt is good too.
