Really, I would try my hardest not to get in the middle of it or take sides. Obviously, if what your roommate did pisses you off, let him know.

you mean you know that he cheated on her and she doesnt.
be a friend... tell her.
i understand that hes your friend too, but could you imagine if your friend knew that this girl you really like cheated on you, and just let it go.... just tell her.
