What I mean is when you get to maui, after you get your car and everything, the best thing to do is go to walmart and shop all out. We are going to be BBQ'ing and what not. We are going to be staying at the huge pink building, aka embasy on Maui. Walmart, I think they have a costco. Theres a safeway somewhere down the road near the embasy. Thanks a bunch

The best things to do in Maui depends on your taste. Personally, I would go for a swim on one of the many great beaches. Maui is a leading whale-watching center in the Hawaiian Islands due to the fact that many Humpback whales winter in the sheltered ʻAuʻau Channel between the islands of Maui county. The whales migrate approximately 3,500 miles (5,600 km) from Alaskan waters each autumn and spend the northern hemisphere winter months mating and birthing in the warm waters off Maui. The whales are typically sighted in pods: small groups of several adults and one or more calves. Humpbacks are an endangered species protected by U.S. federal and Hawaiʻi state law. There are estimated to be about 3000 humpbacks in the North Pacific.
Among the many features on Maui popular with tourists are the "Road to Hāna" (the drive from the central valley to Hāna and beyond), the drive up to Haleakalā crater, Makawao (and Maui's Upcountry region), the Īʻao Valley, and Lindbergh's grave (near Kaupō on East Maui).
A few popular sporting events bring fans from all over, including the Maui Invitational college basketball tournament in November.

The first place to stop because it will on your way would be Costco to get the most things you can.. then Safeway and walmart...you don't want to get all the way to the Embassy then find out the costco is a distance away!!

hen we go to Maui , the first thing we do is go shopping at Safeway, if you are staying near kehie then there is one there, then you go back and make love to your wife or g/f ,,then sit down and figure what you want to do with the rest of your time
