we offer illegtals who work on the fence a probationary period of residency.
we film them and broadcast it across the border so their families can see them building it!
if they don't want to do it we advertises that we will do the jobs that even the illegals won't do!

Nah.

We should have a physical barrier, but I'm more for workplace enforcement as Japan (and many other countries demonstrate) it eliminates most of the problem. Then we could focus on drug smuggling and god forbid terrorists.

And yes, I realize that terrorists came in mostly legally....that needs to be reviewed as well; especially since a few came in through the 1986 amnesty.

IF they ever build a fence,I guarantee you it wouls be 80% illegals doing the work. But making them build the fence and then kicking them out, thats just cruel.

No, you have it wrong.  The illegals building the fence shouldn't be called "probationary", they should be called "chain gangs", aka "convict labor".

Um, 'no'. there's plenty of 'hard-working americans' out there that'll be more than happy to get that thing put in place...the whole idea is that we get weaned off the cheap labor thing...
