i have lots of hair on my legs. tell me what can i do so that they never grow back.

Cut off your legs.

actually laser is not permanent the only permanent form of hair removal is electrolysis -- it is going to be expensive and time consuming. if you want the "break down" the hairs, make them finer, then laser is a good alternative.
EDIT - FYI, waxing will not kill the root of the hair. pulling out the hair sends blood to the root (like when you bruise yourself, blood comes to heal the area). hair is fed by blood and therefore when you wax you are actually making the hair shaft healthier.

You can get the hair waxed off, it will grow back though ,but not as fast as shaving it off.

I heard if you wax alot it will adventually kill off the root. I have never tried, I am a baby

u can shave every week and use a special cream to get rid of it trust me it will work
