A Christian that doesn't take their religion seriously. Either a Christian is for real, or they're not a Christian as defined in the bible. There really is no liberal or conservative side because those are labels used by non-Christians to describe people they either agree or disagree with on certain political, not religious issues.

I actually believe the definition to be as the hope for the future of Christianity, miss lovely. I have not been able to embrace the other Christians as well. The term liberal mixed with christian can be seen as lovingly respectful. I am Wicca, I was Christian, I am at peace with all spirituality that allows each to become their best. After over a decade of Christian education and study, Liberal Christians make the most sense.
I have to add, and the kindest for not forcing children to bear the babies their fathers or their uncles gave them violently. What a nasty comment that woman had. Can we spell judgmental?

Someone who does not believe in an historical Jesus. Does not believe in the inspiration, authority, and inerrant of the Bible. Does not believe in the virgin birth, atoning death of Jesus Christ. Does not believe Jesus is the only way to heaven. Believes all religions are as true as Christianity. Believes the example of Jesus is the important thing not that he was real. The message of the gospel is about poverty, toleration, political correctness, the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man. We are all God's children on the same level and in the same way. There should be no critical judgments on anyone Else's actions, everyone is going to heaven, there is no hell. Jesus is on an equal footing with Muhammed, Budah, Ghandi, and every other religious leader, we are Gods and it is up to us to change the world for the better, we are God's hands. There are no supernatural miracles. It is not important to understand what the Bible actually says but only understand the real message of the Bible found in what was actually meant behind the words of the Bible. The so called authors of the Bible we lying and misleading individuals.

someone who loves people ad wants them to make their own choices, as god does. If god wanted sin to be impossible, it would be, but choice is what makes the difference. Conservatives cannot understand this and want to destroy any ability to choose,a liberal christian understands the power of choice, and of freedom, but at the same time wants to make sure all people live in a world where tey are fed, sheltered, clothed, and taken care of.
