No I'm not sad at this very moment, but my job is to help you cheer up, and help you understand why we get sad in times to times.
Some times we are Feeling down.
Sometimes we Got the blues.
Well, let me tell you, You're not alone. Everyone gets sad. Yes, everyone you've ever met. Some people have sad feelings just once in a while, and others may have sad feelings pretty often. More than half of teenagers go through a sad period at least once a month and plenty of younger kids do, too.
When you're in a sad mood, it may feel like it will last forever, but usually feelings of sadness don't last very long - a few hours or maybe a day or 2. A deeper, more intense kind of sadness that lasts a lot longer is called depression.
Sadness is a feeling - it's one of the many normal human emotions, or moods, we all have. Sadness is the emotion people feel when they've lost something important, or when they have been disappointed about something, or when something sad has happened to them or to someone else. When they're lonely, people often feel sad.
When you're sad, the world may seem dark and unfriendly. You might feel like you have nothing to look forward to. The hurt deep inside may crush your usually good mood.
Sadness makes you feel like crying, and sometimes the tears are hard to stop. Crying often makes you feel better.
Sometimes when your mood is sad, you just feel like being alone for a little while. Or you might want someone to comfort you or just keep you company while you go through the sad feeling. Talking about what has made you sad usually helps the sad feeling melt away.
When sadness starts to go away, it can feel like a heavy blanket is being lifted from your shoulders.
So, try to find something that can help you cheer up- either watch a fun movie, play a video game. For me Reading the Bible is what cheers me up when I'm sad. When I read that Jesus Christ soffer for me, it really tell me that my sadness is no bigger then His.

everyone gets sad Hun that's life the one thing you can do is try and kick the habit of sitting there thinking
i no there are pills out there but tell you the truth Hun i have been on pills since i was a youth and they never got rid of the problem
try and sort out why your so sad Hun and then deal with it i don't mean to sound harsh if it does sound like i am being harsh i am sorry
i just find myself if i am so sad i try and work out why then sort the problem i hope this helps Hun i really do

Yes i am sad but i am sad because i live i dont really care of life life for me isn't important for me and sometimes i hate this but i don't want to suicide because:
1. I dont want to make my family and especialy my parents because they have enough problems already.
2.I believe in GOD and i don't want to go to hell i rather wait until i will be at least 18 or 20 and go in the army and die there and being killed by a terrorist or who knows what .

this is going to sound strange.. being sad is a fleeting feeling like happiness... learn to roll with the punches and be content. hold on tight to those who care. most of the world doesn't...

Find someone who needs your help doing......ANYTHING. Get your focus off of yourself. There is a big world out there. Make yourself useful!
