There are only two of us at home now and I just bought a nifty toaster oven. I thought it would be better than heating up the big oven every night for just two people. Thank you in advance.

I spent a year cooking with only a toaster oven a hot plate and a campfire. I don't reccomend doing a turkey in one but biscuits are great, meatloaf works well, just flatten it a little. cupcakes are good. Just about anything that can be cooked in the big one can be cooked there. have fun!

Stuffed mushrooms.

use regular musrooms, take the stalk out. In a bowl, mash up ritz crackers, cream cheese, bacon bits (or any kind of lunch meat, in little bits.), and shredded cheese. Spoon into mushrooms, and bake at 350 until mushrooms turn dark.

mini pizzas, french bread, toast, bagels, pop tarts, there should be a little cookbook included with the toaster oven usually.

I get regular crackers or Ritz and put a piece of pepperoni on top with some mozzarella cheese. Me and my daughter will eat those. It takes no time at all to make.
