Yes. 80-89% are all in the 80s. It is the bottom of the range, yet still in it.

Yes. I do not grade on a curve, so a mark of 80% would be a B minus in my grade book.

if it is out of a hundred it would be but if it was in out of 200 it would be in the 140-160 so not really
