Ford is the best. Drives like a Cadillac and mechanically sound.

Ford F150 is one of the best non Heavy Duty trucks you can buy for working out of.
However, Chevy and Toyota offer much nicer riding trucks.
Dodges will run forever but you'll replace the trannys and just about everything but the motor at least once.

Overall it's a good truck as long as you stay away from the Diesel motor currently as they tend to be having some problems with them if you don't maintain them per the book.
I've been having Ford trucks now for 15 years with no major problems. putting 150k miles on one before trading up to a bigger truck which has 33k miles now on it.
Chevrolet and Dodge are also good trucks with the Dodge most people finding getting extremely poor gas milage in and Chevrolet having the same amount of faults on par with the f-150

Yes, I have to say so. I had a Ford Ranger for three years before I had to get something with more passenger room and I never had a problem; it was a wonderful vehicle :).

No, My husband says no, he's a mechanic, he says Chevy is the best. Personally I like ford rangers.

No. Dodge for power and Chevy for looks. Ford comes in dead last.

Its mediocre at best. Go with chevy if you're looking into getting one.
Toyota's are pretty good.
Nissan's are useless. (smallest bed size for a 4-door)
Dodge ok (if you get the HEMI)
We're talking about full size trucks
