Why doesn't ALL the towns do this???

"It is very clear that our country is now in the midst of one of the greatest THREATS to it's existance in our history." "There are millions of criminal aliens invading our cities and towns and destroying the social services and legal systems of our community."

I wish the OTHER towns and states had the GUTS to do this too!!

I love this. I wish every town in EVERY U.S. city would do this. There would be many of them leaving.....and with them would go a great percentage of crime. I really wish they would do that here. I love to hear stories like this. I REALLY wish that we had a sheriff like Joe! All it takes is a little guts and for someone to stop trying to be totally politically correct and spineless! If they would do that here, we would celebrate for a week!!!!

It's an option but we have legalized the illegals on average every 30 years or so for generations so why is this any different.

That should be a federal law only I think that the fine should be higher. I also think the the people should be fined and deported as well and if found illegaly in the us agin they should be jailed

will you work for half of your current pay? i don't think so. that's why big business loves cheap labor.. listen to rush. he is right about that. at the end of this year you have to have a passport to enter Mexico,Canada or the Caribbean. illegals don't. hmmmmmmmmm why is this? no one cares i think. just my opinion

In 1986 when they passed immigration reformed after doing so they were suppose to get tough on work place enforcement only the government does not enforce hardly any of it's immigration laws what they did in 1986 is the same thing their doing now using the same failed programs that only increase immigration . When America get's serious and starts to fine these greedy work sites and the immigration public it's no longer easy to just come and work and no worry about immigration it's all about a better life. Yes every town and city in America needs to do this enough is enough

I just saw Phoenix resident Michelle Delacroce, Mothers Against Illegal Immigration, on Fox news admitting nothing is changing; she's calling her state officials and no one is returning her phone calls; she was wildly shrieking about NAFTA when David Altman cut her off shaking his head at her droning, blah, blah. Maybe, people like you and her need to calm down and appear a bit more coherent.

No one seems to be taking Michelle seriously either.

So what if they ARE taking jobs "we won't do" They are here illegally and I think you have a great point. I know one right now working SIDE by SIDE with an American citizen. Yes she is working but she IS taking a job a citizen will do.

However, my community has no business license requirement and if they di, how could they track the businesses' employment records feasibly. Council resolutions are great but enforcement of this issue thru local channels is very difficult indeed.

Hey honey, I live 30 minutes away from Cape Cod. Despite on what you read , all the popular seafood restauraunts hire....guess what ? Illegals from Guatemala and other Centralamerican countries (we don't have many Mexicans). So the next time you visit "The Crow's Nest", you know who made your salad and fish & chips.

are they taking jobs that other people would have taken had the illegal not taken it?
How are "we" supporting them? Are they able to get welfare? Are they able to get other gov't support? Are they paying taxes when they are buying products? Are they getting paid well? Are they even making minimum wage?
How are they destroying the legal system? Are illegal immigrants getting legal help? Aren't most illegal immigrants too scared to have gov't officials know they are illegal rather than get help for problems they are experiencing?
