Download Photo story 3 from Microsoft it is a free download. There is one thing you need to have Windows XP on your PC. After you download the program go to the end of the program and download the add in so you can burn to a DVD this add in will cost 9.95. This is the only program that I know of. I have it and it works good.

Ms powerpoint is good movie maker isnt the best. you have to buy powerpoint sepaterallyunless you have MS office
