no. if your wish can swim they will swim to her eggs regardless of her size. any position will work. you can get pregnant in every position.

I'm a fat woman and I sure as hell didn't have any problem conceiving. I've conceived 3 times.

My aunt had problems conceiving because of her size ( she was large). She had to adopt. But I also know lots of big women that have had babies.

size has absolutely nothing to do with conception. It depends on how fertile you are and when you ovulate not how much you weigh.

not any harder than a skinny women and get in where you can fit in
