Greyhound doesn't go out or stop in Lincoln City. I know the SMART bus in Salem goes to downtown Portland. The two websites that connect to that operating bus system are tri-met.org and tillamookbus.com, yet I don't know the times, dates, and cheapest fares to use if I want to be in Lincoln City by 1pm on July 8th.

I will say a 7 day advanced Ticket on Greyhound. The Casino idea may be good, not sure what Oregon have.
