Had this problem. First, tell your parents. You may have a growing problem.
Here's what helped me
1. Plastic liner on the bed
2. No liquids 2 hours before bedtime
3. Stress-relief techniques like meditation and talking out problems (BIG piece of the puzzle there)
4. If all else fails, see a doctor. I had a smaller than normal bladder. Eventually it grew to size, but it took awhile

good luck, sweetie

Hi sweetie. This can be really hard, but you are so not alone. In fact, I bet you would be surprised at how many kids your age still wet the bed. Definately talk to your parents, they may be able to help you. Other people's suggestions have been great too!

Don't drink 3 hours before bed.
Make sure you try to go potty before you go to sleep.

You can also try to "train" your body to wake up to go. Figure out what time about you usually wet... if its 3:00am, set an alarm for 2:45am and get up and go to the bathroom, pretty soon your body will be soooo used to getting up BEFORE you have an accident that it will be no problem!

Good luck!

Bless your heart. I had that problem, too. My bladder just did not function correctly. Eventually, I grew out of it, but before I did, we had to make some adjustments. I had no drinks after dinner at night, (2-3 hrs. before bed) and I always had a plastic liner on the mattress. IF you've got something going on, you may need to talk to someone about it. Dont' be afraid. Everyone had problems, and there are probably more people than we realize with this one.

Just go and talk to your parents about that. If you cant, is there someone else who you trust? Eg your grandma, auntie, uncle...? Im sure that there is some adult you can talk with. It may be a medical problem with your bladder or kidneys. But maybe you are afraid of something? Do you have some problems? Did someone hurt you? Do you feel stressed, like you have no time to rest for a while? If you want to talk, feel free to mail me : eldridan@yahoo.com

If you are a boy... it could be puberty. "Wet dreams" as they are called. You need to tell your parents. You may want to go to a doctor, and you could look into the over night wear. There are some made for kids your age, and they are not diapers. Hope this helps you hun.

You should see a doctor. Hasn't you mom noticed the frequent bedding changes? You should just tell her. It isn't the end of the world and you need to go to the doc to see if you have a medical condition.

It's ok to talk to your parents about it. There are products you can buy that will help keep the bed dry. It's ok. Some kids have that problem.

Ask your parents for an alarm clock. Set it for like 2am and get yourself up to go to the bathroom. You are about to hit a growth spurt and you are sleeping too heavy to wake up on your own. And still tell your mom. She'll understand. She'll get your sheets washed too.

talk to ur parents. Try not drinkin before you go to bed. You should have a talk with your parents. Tell your mom or dad that you want to talk to them about something that is happening to you and then tell them. You shouldn't keep it a secret from them. They are the first people you should tell. Good luck, sweetie.
