They all have a chance....usually it is a matter of funding, time, and other factors that play into finding a cure. Not to mention how politics can also affect how much money goes into a research grant or other programs out there to find cures. AIDS though seems to change or mutate making it difficult like the flu to cure. however just cause we don't know how ot do this now doesn't mean we won't be able to later.

In my opinion... not many major disease have a chance of being cured... b/c there are too many side effects to drugs that are used to cure minor things... ex, ever watch an ad for high cholesterol medication? ever hear all the fast talking they say? that's just for high cholesterol!!!
I hope they will be able to cure AIDS or Hepatitis someday, but knowing the pathology of the disease... It seems unlikely that rather than finding cures... it's better to research finding a vaccine and different medications to improve and extend the quality of life of patients with HIV... The meds they have to take really knock the rest of their body into a loop... I mean the kidneys and liver are really damaged by the end of 10 years of Antivirals

There has recently been a vaccine developed against the human papilloma virus responsible for the vast majority of cervical cancers and it is predicted that wide spread dissemination of the vaccine may practically readicate all but a particular sub-group of cervical cancers in women.

There is a vaccine just developed against chlamydia. It should be coming out within the next year. It's the first vaccine ever against a disease.
