I am going to apply for the i-129f visa to get my husband to this country. I-130 process is very slow. I have to write a letter to immigration explaining why i need my case to be process speedily . how is my case so different from everyone else. this is the only thing i have came up with I am writing and explaining why I need expedited service in getting my I-129f form process soon as possible, so my husband can receive his K-3 visa. I have recently lost my mom through death. It has been such a great tragedy for me. Right now, I need the love and support from my husband. I am going through a great deal of loneliness and depression. can someone please help?

you cannot get your husband as I-29 he is not you fiancee and if you want to waste money for fee and get denied!!!! You need to file I-30 that's' for family! maybe he will under the category of CR-conditional relative or IR that's'; immediate relative. you need to file the petition right! it will cause you more trouble if you don't .and immigration don't just approve your request bec. of your loss situation. there's husband and wives waiting to be with each other and has been separated for month's and some took 2 yrs. for them to get approve.
