Was he burnt (Crucified) against his will or was it his suggestion tht ppl burn him to pay for their sins?

Christ willing let himself be crucified. He could at anytime have called upon the angels of heaven to take up and protect him, but then God's plan would not have been fullfilled and our salvation would not have been secured. Christ loves us and willingly endured the crucifixion to pay for the sins of humanity.

Mark 26:53-56

53Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?

54But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

55In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.

56But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

Those who burnt (crucified) him, were they believers in him or not?

The Roman's who did the actual physical act of crucifixion were not believers. At the time they were polytheists. That is they believed in many gods. The Jews of the time also did not (or rather the majority of them) did not believe that Christ was the actual Messiah for their idea of what the Messiah would do was different than what Christ came to do. Therefor the Jews requested his crucifixion for they believed his words to be blasphemous. Again.. all part of God's plan. Christ came to reconcile God to his people as part of the "New Covenant". Which is why many of the Jews at the time did not accept Christ as the true Messiah.. they did not heed the words of Jeremiah.

Jermemiah Chapter 31
31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

why did he have many anemies back then and only few believers?

Some of that question has already been addressed in the previous answer, however it should be stated here that Christ and Christians will always have many enemies for Satan is the "Prince of the Power of the air".. that is that he is of prime influence on the earth and many more will turn away from truth than follow it because the path or righteousness is narrow and difficult to follow. It's much easier to follow the crowd than to stand up for what is right in the eyes of God.

Mathew 7:13-14

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

I hope this helps you a little.. Keep asking questions and pray about it and most importantly .. read the scriptures. The answers are right there for you. Pray for God to grant you discernment (understanding) and he will answer your questions.

God's Blessings upon you.

You're right about being burnt. All sacrifices were burnt and only the odor was for God. Everything else was eaten by the priests and their families. I've often wondered the same thing.
Along the same line, all sacrifices had to be made in the Temple by priests as described in Leviticus. If Jesus was a sacrifice for somebody's sins, they forgot to follow the directions.

Elijah actuality, what precisely are those historic bibles that you communicate about? they are all written by utilizing men and none date back to the time that Jesus became alive, they were first written some 4 hundred years after his lack of life and the merely right get proper of entry to became about 1400, so, none of it has any info by any potential, merely memories that were surpassed down over the centuries, exaggerated, distorted and manipulated merely so that they'd nicely be used to regulate the folk, administration the conception equipment and administration the thousands, faith is a effectual device and those which have used it have finished o.k. for themselves, so, the questioner is ideal, human beings do stay in a previous managed by utilizing what they imagine a guy observed as Jesus is meant to have claimed yet there hasn't ever been one iota of info that any of the instructions are real, that's now the twenty first century, why with all that all of us study about how existence all started and how the planets got here to exist do such a great number of persons nonetheless stay a existence so steeped in an antiquated fantasy when we now comprehend better.

Jesus was crucified, not burnt. Crucifixion is being nailed to a cross, and then dying because you can't pull yourself up enough to breathe. He didn't suggest to people that they crucify him, but he let them do it to fulfill his mission on Earth and the prophecies made about him in the Old Testament. The people who crucified him, the Jewish religious leaders, were his enemies, because they thought he was blaspheming by claiming to be the son of God, and blasphemy was punishable by death according to the Jews. His enemies were the ones in power, though, so they could kill him if they wanted to. He actually had a lot of believers when he was killed, it's just that you usually only hear about the 12 disciples that he spent most of his time with. One of his followers, Peter, actually tried to tell him that he shouldn't be crucified, but Jesus told him that he was totally wrong, and that Peter was thinking from a limited perspective and couldn't see how necessary it was for Jesus to die for their sins (Mark 8).

He wasn't burnt. He was crucified. This was God's will for him. He asked that his fate be avoided but, in the same prayer, asked that God's will be done. He had many believers back then, but not as many as one would expect due to the miracles he performed. This was largely due to the fact that the Jewish people were expecting a Messiah to come that would be glorious and establish a physical kingdom on Earth, wiping out all evil in the world. They were not prepared for someone that looked like they did and who allowed those in power to abuse Him.

Hun, he DID know it was God's plan, God planned this sacrifice even before Adam & Eve sinned (see Genesis 3:15). That was the first mention of Christ sacrifice, that he would "bruise the Serpent in the Head" while his injury would be literally only like a wound to the Heel, which anyone with a heel injury trying to walk knows can be bad enough when you try to put your weight on it. But fortunately, most injuries like that fade over time. Jesus' lasted 3 days to his ressurrection. While Jesus was on Earth, he did NOT know He was God's son until his Baptism by his cousin John in the River Jordan, when the Holy Spirit descended and God declard "this is my son, my beloved, whom I have approved (Mat. 3:17). At that time Jesus could most like remember his pre-existence in Heaven and this would probably have strenghtened him.

For over 1,000 years the Jews had worshipped God only one way, by the time Jesus came, they didn't WANT to change. They expected a Messiah, a King of the Jews, but they wanted him to be a dynamic person, riding into battle again Rome and setting them FREE. Not some carpenter from a family out of Judea. That "just wasn't acceptable" to the high level priests and jews who made up the ruling classes.

First of all, he wasn't burnt. He was hung on a cross. The soldiers that hung him were all disbelievers but 2. He only had few believers because the others refused to believe the truth.

I'm not sure what you meaning about burning...do you mean, why was He crucified on the cross?

In the garden of Gethsemene, Jesus prayed to the Father to "take this cup" from Him. But then He said, "not my will, but yours". This shows us that, if there had been any other way to redeem us...wouldn't God have spared His son the agony of the cross? But there was not...so Jesus willingly went to that cross, for you and for me. He said "no one takes my life from me; I lay it down".

Actually Jesus had many people who believed in Him...in the new testament gospels, it often mentions the crowds who swarmed around Jesus. His main "enemies" were the Pharisees, the religious leaders of the day, who saw Jesus' popularity with the people as a threat. Interestingly enough, the bible tells us when Jesus was handed over to Pilate, even he knew the Jewish leaders had brought Jesus to him "out of envy".

Just as today, we each have to decide who we believe Jesus to be. I pray that God guide you in this, and thank you for the interesting question.

Jesus waasn't burnt, He was crucified, by being nailed to a cross. He spoke out against the teachings of the Roman empire and the leaders of the Jewish religion, saying the what they were teaching was wrong. People stopped listening to them, and started listening to Jesus, and it angered them so they made up lies about him, and had him arrested and tried for sedition and executed

Jesus wasn't burnt. He was hung on a cross.

He didn't suggest that he pay for peoples sins...it was God's plan.

It was both, Gods Will....and the wickeness of evil men...both at the same time.
