I tryed to change from my avatar to my pic but when I go to my profile it dosen't show my picture it says no picture. I know this is not a religus ?? but I need help with this and I am always in this catagory

You need to start a yahoo 360 site and upload it as your avatar there, then tell this site to use your 360 avatar.

make your 360 page. they use it from there. then opt to use the main picture frome the 360.
